Creating a New Account
You can create a new account for yourself from the "New Account" page, following the instructions on the page
itself.
Please note that the account creation operation will take some time to complete (usually around 15 minutes or so).
Once your new account has been created, you will receive a notification by email, and you will be able to manage
your account (activate it, change its password or mail properties and so on).
Restrictions
Maximum number of accounts
You can have at most 5 Secondary Accounts and 20 Service Accounts.
If you have reached the maximum limit for an account type, you will not be able to create additional accounts of
that type.

explaining why you need to create additional accounts.
Approval from a supervisor
In some cases, e.g. for users belonging to certain Computing Groups, the
creation of new Secondary and Service accounts might be subject to approval
from a supervisor.
If your request needs supervisor approval, you will see a notification
message, and you will receive an email once the operation is approved or
rejected.
